Dan Clements

Dan is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with many years’ experience in the design and detailing of domestic and non-domestic properties. With a strong design background Dan has built a reputation for providing creative solutions to a variety of briefs.

Dan also specialises in architectural technology with strong construction detailing skills that when married to his creative designs leads to strong designs and buildable architecture. Dan set up Aditus Architectural Services Ltd in 2015 to specialise in both private and commercial architecture. Offering a hassle-free Architectural service for all our clients, from concept design to construction, the aim is to provide fantastic customer service and client satisfaction at affordable rates. We are a small practice with all the benefits of a big practice and aim to surpass much larger practices in service and ability.

As a former CDM-c Dan is fully qualified to act as ‘principal designer’ under the 2015 CDM regulations and the company offers this as a standalone service alongside a service we offer with our own projects. Recently Dan acted as principal designer on the high-profile demolition of the Central Plaza Hotel in Carlisle, working for Carlisle City Council.

Dan is the current Vice President Practice for the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and is a trustee on the institute board. Dan is an on-call firefighter based out of the fire station in Longtown and is occasionally known to leave the office at speed when alerted. Outside of Architecture Dan is involved with various Clubs, including both being the chair of and playing for Border City Lacrosse, based in Brampton Cumbria.
